I'm from the DMV area - so lots of Vietnamese! Pho Mac has a lot of the necessities in Vietnamese cuisine. So if you're looking to eat a big bowl of Pho - this is your place. Other "have to try" Vietnamese foods - I wouldn't recommend this place, the menu is just very limited. Their pho broth is really good and it's huge.

Delicious Pho. I always get the meatball. Medium is the right size for me. I also love the spring rolls.

Excellent pho and banh mi here! Not the best, but just good! Reasonably priced and always quick service. The broth is what it's about and again, not the best but probably the best in this area imo. The bahn mi's tastes fresh and clean. However, was disappointed with the Viet ice coffee. It's not the drip style so be warned. Other than that, the food was excellent!

Wow, wow, wow! Finally! I found my favorite Vietnamese Restaurant. Their Pho broth really hit the mark! And, the Vietnamese crepe was amazing! Heck, everything was amazing and the price was surprisingly very reasonable! They will definitely see me there many more times!

The pho here was amazing and I got to try the Vietnamese crepe for the first time which was fantastic, try it if you haven't had one before! The banh mi was a smaller size but inexpensive and tasted fresh and delicious. My Vietnamese coffee as well tasted great. Service was friendly and fast as well :)

FOOD INSTAGRAM: @northtx.gemz **** WHAT THEY'RE KNOWN FOR: pho place that was featured in a YouTube video (that's how we found it lol). Vietnamese food in Plano. THE VIBE: clean and simple. Casual place with mostly wooden furniture. PRICE: ~$30 WOULD I COME BACK? No. **** Overall Rating: 7/10 - After watching a YouTube video with my mom about Pho Mac, we decided to head to Plano and try it! - The cleanliness is what makes this a great Vietnamese restaurant I will accredit them to that. - The pho itself... well I feel like it's way too expensive for a bowl of pho like this. Being Vietnamese myself, I know what's a good bowl of pho and the volume of this broth was not giving. The price compared to the size was questionable. - The broth was not flavorless but it definitely wasn't flavorful. I got the beef one which wasn't the worst but also wasn't the best? My mom's chicken pho was pretty plain. - This isn't the worst pho place, if I was craving pho and was in the area I would go here. However, I wouldn't go out of my way to drive more than 20 minutes to get here! - Servers were nice.

Nice place, clean, music was pleasant, service was good and food was great. The flavor of the pho is very good. Im not giving it the full 5 stars because the booths are very uncomfortable.. I rushed to finish my meal so i could get up. I will be ordering to go next time!

Cool place for bun bo hue. I was looking for an authentic vietnamese restaurant that served a solid BBH. This one is as close as it gets. Met up with a friend of mine that frequents this place on the regular. The place was packed during the lunch hour rush. The 32 ounce was the perfect solution to the freezing cold weather. I noticed that my BBH did not come with blood cubes. It was so cold that the plate of veggies had icicles on it. Perhaps it was pre cut veggies and the weather was just really cold causing it to ice up. I read the location was recently renovated too. Overall solid location and not too difficult to get to. It's only a little further down the Asian plaza of Warren Pkwy and DNT.

This was my third time at pho mac and the first time here, I tried their Bun Bo Hue and it tasted quite common and doesn't have the pig blood cubes that I liked, but I'm a Bun Bo Hue connoisseur and my standards are high. However, for the second and third time, I tried their 40 oz pho with fatty brisket, trip and rare beef on the side, and it tasted great! The 40 oz pho was a massive bowl of pho, and it was enough food to keep me filled for about 8 hours. I loved the fatty brisket as it was soft and very flavorful. The rare beef was fresh, of good quality and tasty. The wait staffs were friendly, and was above average but not exceptional for a Vietnamese restaurant. The restaurant was clean and well decorated. I would not hesitate to come back for another hearty bowl of pho and would highly recommend them.
